When you get to the point where high school graduation is near, you need to start thinking about getting a job or applying to colleges. Right now, jobs for 17 year olds are scarce because of the economy and so college is a great option. Although college is usually the right course of action, it is not for everyone and this makes it very hard for those that have no desire to further their studies.
