Flexibility and golf go hand in hand. If improving your golf swing is important to you then you must practice as often as possible. The range of motion in your hands, arms, wrists and shoulders is very essential to your success. It also helps to increase the flexibility in your hips and abdominal region. The more exercise you do on a consistent basis, the better it is for you. If your muscles are not used often enough and are tight this will lead to a decrease in flexibility. This in turn will mean that you will have a short swing.
