Once you file bankruptcy for handling your debt, instead of debt solution like IVA problems you don’t have to be bothered about telling your creditors one after the other about this authorized process. It’s the lawful duty of your bankruptcy court to notify your creditors by mail about this happening. In this notification they are informed about the case number, automatic stay, date for creditor’s meeting, trustee name (in case of chapter 7 or 13), deadline for submitting any objection over this step and the process to file claims. This information can differ from case to case based upon the chapter under which the bankruptcy is filed.
